What we can help with

• What is actually in a pack: the piece count, the sizes, the colors that come in the mix and whether they are assorted or all the same.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price or a wrong piece count is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the number people act on.
• Which pack size suits a class of thirty, a party of twenty or a household of four.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment, hold stock or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a replacement have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
