This is the catalog site for CHENGU. Reading it means accepting the terms below.

What this site is

A description of what we make, with photographs, piece counts and figures. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the figure here, checkout is right. Piece counts and sizes are as printed on the pack; where a figure is not printed, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

Price per piece

The per-piece figure beside a pack is arithmetic: the pack price divided by the piece count printed on the pack. It moves with the price, and it is there to be compared, not to be quoted as a unit price at checkout.

Photographs and text

Product photographs belong to the brand. The writing on this site is ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Customer reviews

Reviews quoted on this site are real customer reviews, quoted word for word with the name and date shown by the reviewer. We do not edit spelling, and we keep three and four star reviews in on purpose.

Safety and age marks

Age marks, small-part warnings and food-contact notes are printed on the pack, and the wording on the item you receive governs. Nothing on this site is safety advice, and nothing here replaces reading the pack.

Liability

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we make is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.
